Meet your Providers
Tiffany Zook, DNP, CPNP-PC

Dr. Tiffany Zook, is a Board Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner with Master of Nursing and Doctor of Nurse Practice degrees from The University of Arizona and prior to that, Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Mount St. Mary's College. She has over 20 years of experience in pediatrics, the first 15 of which she practiced as a pediatric oncology nurse in Kansas City, Chicago and locally in Phoenix and Mesa. Since 2015 she has practiced as a primary care Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, taking care of children from birth to 21 years old.

Tiffany has a special interest in asthma, eczema and allergies and completed her doctoral research on childhood eczema developing a clinical practice guideline for primary care pediatricians for the management of mild to moderate eczema in the primary care setting. Being an asthmatic with allergies herself and having two children with asthma, one of which also has had eczema and allergies, these conditions are near to her heart. Of greatest joy, is the opportunity to take part in children growing from infancy to school-age child to adolescent/young adult, guiding them, cheering them and helping parents navigate all of the important challenges and successes along the way.

Tiffany grew up in Vail, Colorado with a love of skiing and figure skating, until moving to Phoenix just before starting high school. She attended Arcadia High School, and then went on to attend The University of Kansas where she became a Jayhawk for life and obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish (along with her Pre-Med/Nursing classes). She spent time in Mexico and Spain honing her Spanish, took a short stint in California to complete her Nursing degree, and then settled back in Lawrence, KS after meeting her husband David. Together, she and David have been married over 20 years and have two boys, Noah (in high school) and Samuel (in college), both of whom are soccer players, lovers of history & politics and loyal friends. In her free time you can find Tiffany on the sidelines of a soccer game, watching Jayhawk basketball, enjoying Arizona Cardinal and Denver Bronco football, hiking or enjoying red wine.

Jackie Pichette, DNP, CPNP-PC

Jackie is a Board Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) who specializes in primary care pediatrics. She received her Bachelor of Nurse Science (BSN) at the University of Pittsburgh and went on to work as a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) nurse. After working as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the PICU for 11 years, she decided it was time to return to school to get her Doctorate Degree to become an NP. She completed her Doctor of Nurse Practice (DNP) degree through The University of South Alabama, graduating in 2014. As a PNP, she initially spent time working in Pediatric Urgent care before settling into a Primary Care position, which is where her heart is, and has been practicing in primary since 2017. Jackie feels that primary care, especially care of the well child, is her true calling, as she forges relationships with families that continue through childhood. She states, "To watch my patients grow up before my eyes - from the tiniest little newborn, up through their teenage years when some patients are even taller than me - it is so incredibly fulfilling!"

Jackie is originally from Pittsburgh, PA, where she lived until 2007 when she decided to move across the country by herself to sunny Arizona, to take a travel nurse position. She fell in love with our beautiful state and has been here ever since. She is married and is the Mom of three children, two daughters and a son. She feels that she can often relate to what families are experiencing as she is on the parenting journey herself and often talks about motherhood and her own children because "we are all in this together!" Jackie is a huge sports fan and loves all types of sports, especially the Steelers (and the Cardinals as long as they aren't playing the Steelers!) and the Phoenix Suns. Jackie spent most of her younger life as a dancer and was on her University's dance team while attending nursing school. In her time away from work, she gets to continue her love of dance and sports with her children. Her daughters both dance and her son plays a variety of sports. She loves getting to watch them grow and develop their own passions!
