Designed for (but not limited to) families with less than 3 children, children over the age of 3 years, children who generally only see their primary care provider for a yearly well visit and less than 3 sick visits per year, and families who generally don't need increased access to their child's primary care provider.

Services Provided

Electronic patient portal for each child
Access to Dr. Tiffany via patient portal and email during business hours Monday-Friday
Electronic medication prescribing, when needed (Patient responsible for cost of medications)
Referral to specialists when needed
All electronic forms

Fee For Service Visit Pricing

Well child visit - $240 (Includes developmental screening, growth measurements, vision screening for children over 4 years old, and hearing screening) - Generally 45-60 minutes
Well child visit for each additional sibling in same household - $175
Sick child visit - $155 (30 min or less), $180 (30-45 min)
Follow-up visit $180 (45 min) - for ongoing chronic conditions such as asthma, ADHD, eczema, allergies, etc...
Telemedicine visit - $100
15 minute phone consultation - $45
30 minute phone consultation - $75
