Yes. As a practice, we support a parent's right to choose whether or not, and how to vaccinate their children. We believe in supporting parents, answering any and all questions about vaccines and believe in providing true informed consent, so that families can make the best choice for their individual situation.

We do not currently stock and administer vaccines. We recommend that families use the Maricopa county or Pinal County vaccine clinics or the free vaccine clinics on the campus of Chandler Regional Medical Center or Mercy Gilbert Medical Center. We discuss what vaccines are due according the AAP/CDC schedule during the well child visit and direct families who choose to vaccinate, accordingly to the appropriate agency to obtain their vaccines. Stocking and maintaining the standards required to house vaccines is a large undertaking, and because of the availability of local vaccine clinics, we have not felt compelled to do so.

The term holistic, in the setting of nursing/medicine refers to treatment of the whole person, taking into account mental and social factors, rather than just the symptoms of disease. With the expansion of so many non-traditional and natural modalities, the term holistic has come to be associated with naturopathy, homeopathy, and other alternative styles of treating illness. For the purposes of this practice, we are still traditional primary care providers tasked with knowing a little about a wide variety of specialty issues, along with having a deep knowledge of growth, development and common childhood illnesses. We also happen to have a good set of knowledge on natural modalities and provide care seeking to minimize traditional medical intervention, rather than rely solely on it, as best as we can. Dr. Tiffany is a member of Integrative Pediatrician, Alisa Song, MD’s Healthy Kids Happy Kids Provider Cohort for continuing education in integrative practices (homeopathy, herbal and supplement remedies, functional medicine) for the treatment of children. As a practice, we prioritize root cause treatment and intervention, seeking to discover and mitigate the root cause of ongoing or repeated illness, rather than solely treat symptoms.

We offer 3 memberships, the Fourth Trimester Plan, All Inclusive Membership Plan and Fee for Service Plan. All pricing is listen on our plans page.

No. We do not bill insurance and are not considered in-network with any insurance plans. In the current US medical model, insurance reimbursement guidelines value quantity of patients seen/claims made, over the quality of care and time with patients. Because we opt out of that model, we are able to provide longer visits and place high value on quality, family-centered care. We are happy to provide a superbill for you to submit to insurance if they provide any reimbursement for out of network services. HSA/FSA funds can be used for any of our individually billed for services under our Fee for Service Plan.

HSA/FSA funds can be used for many of our services. All of our Fee for Service visits and a la cart testing/add on services are eligible for use of HSA/FSA funds. Membership plans (Fourth Trimester and All inclusive monthly plan) do not always qualify for reimbursement because they are a membership plan. You should always check with your HSA/FSA administrator for questions regarding whether or not membership services are eligible.
