This plan is ideal for families who want the highest level of personalized, relationship-based pediatric care, with unlimited visits and extended direct access to their pediatric provider.

The All-Inclusive Membership (AIM) provides comprehensive preventative and sick care, along with direct communication with your provider for questions and concerns that arise between visits.

It's an excellent option for families with infants and young children who may need more frequent visits, as well as children requiring additional support or ongoing management of chronic health conditions.

Services Provided

  • Unlimited well-child visits based on the AAP recommended schedule

  • Unlimited sick visits, with same-day or next-day availability when possible

  • Extended well-child visits, typically 45–60 minutes

  • Comprehensive growth and developmental assessments

  • Personalized guidance on nutrition, development, and preventative health

  • Follow-up care for chronic conditions such as allergies, asthma, ADHD, and eczema

  • Telemedicine visits when appropriate

  • Limited rapid diagnostic testing, including strep, flu, RSV, COVID, and urinalysis

  • Electronic patient portal for each child

  • Direct provider communication via text and email, including extended hours from 7 AM–11 PM, seven days a week

  • Prescriptions when needed, following provider evaluation

  • Referrals to specialists when needed

  • Electronic medical forms
